Month-to-Month Services:

  • Clients may cancel their service subscription at any time by providing written notice to [email protected] at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellations made after this period will be applied to the next billing cycle.

Contract-Based Services:

  • If a client is under a service contract (e.g., 3-month, 6-month, or annual agreements), cancellation before the contract term ends may be subject to an early termination fee or forfeiture of pre-paid amounts.
  • Clients should refer to their individual contract terms for specific cancellation policies.

3. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for work already completed, as SEO and digital marketing results depend on multiple factors, including client participation and external search engine algorithms.
  • If a client wishes to discontinue services, they must follow the cancellation policy outlined above.
  • In special cases where a refund is considered, it will be at the sole discretion of Nova Peak Marketing and may be subject to an administrative fee.

4. Non-Payment & Service Suspension

  • If a payment fails, clients will be given a 5-day grace period to resolve the issue.
  • If payment is not received within this time, services may be paused or terminated until payment is made.
  • Unpaid balances may result in additional fees or legal action for debt collection.
